Investment Partner Pullovers

Overview

Each year, Thompson Thrift launches a new limited partnership fund, offering investment partners the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of luxury multifamily communities across the country. To introduce each new fund and encourage continued investment, the company develops a premium gift experience that reflects the strength of the partnership and the quality of its developments.

For this campaign, the gift celebrated two major milestones: Thompson Thrift's 40th anniversary and the completion of its 100th multifamily community. The creative challenge was to honor the company's history while reinforcing the value of continued investment. I developed a custom repeatable pattern using the unique brand marks from every multifamily community included in previous limited partnership funds, transforming the company's development history into a cohesive visual story.

The pattern was applied across premium gift items and supported by custom-designed hang tags that explained the significance of the artwork and the company's continued growth. Additional branded pieces, including an engraved water bottle, extended the campaign throughout the year and created additional touchpoints with current and prospective investment partners.

The final campaign celebrated Thompson Thrift's legacy while reinforcing the trust and long-term relationships that have fueled its continued success.
